How to tell Gmail has opened the floodgates — just take a look at isnoop.net’s fine Gmail invite spooler. Last week, the number of available invites was two-digit. Today:

While we’re at it. Here in Germany, many providers have started raising their mailbox limits to 1GB or so to match with Gmail. Most webmail interfaces are still crappy, tho. Gmail is not just about the size, it’s about speed, usability, the simple yet ingenious tagging system and total slickness. Am I right?
